Luke Winstanley with Spain House Hunting was extremely helpful in our search for a holiday home in Costa Blanca. He knows the local market extremely well, is very responsive and eager to help, responding quickly well outside of business hours - which was usually the case given that I'm 9 time zones away. This is quite a difficult trait to find in a real estate agent in Spain, where they tend to keep 9 to 5 business hours. Highly recommended!

He made our purchasing property in Spain an easy, pleasurable experience and we cannot recommend him highly enough. Luke was incredibly helpful in our search for a holiday home in Spain From our initial contact he helped us to refine our criteria both in terms of the property and location and provided us with regular updates on available properties meeting our criteria. In addition he took several videos of areas that we were potentially interested in, helping us to save time when we visited in February 2022. When we met Luke in person, he was incredibly friendly and accompanied us to 4 viewings which he had arranged including taking us to a new build under construction. Whilst these properties were ultimately unsuitable for us, I would have no hesitation in recommending Luke. Amazing service! If you are looking for a tailored service and boutique feel, then Luke@Spain House Hunting is your go to person. Luke represented us with remote buying throughout the whole process. He was very responsive and thorough with every aspect during, and after the purchase. Easy to deal with, honest and very helpful. The only minor challenge we had that there was a limited FaceTime as Luke is more of an Android guy … but WhatsApp did the trick!
