I had a great experience working with Katrina. She helped us rent two properties, both of which were not advertised on the market, which already says a lot about how proactive and well connected she is. She was extremely helpful throughout the entire process and continued to be supportive even after everything was completed. Kata is definitely the best real estate agent I've come across. Not only does she know her stuff and advise you more like a friend rather than salesperson, she goes way above and beyond to make sure everything is done smoothly and without hitches, even in difficult circumstances. If you need someone with good negotiation and people skills she is the right agent, also she has the practical know-how (through connections) to do the rest, without trying to rip you off. I couldn't recommend highly enough, thanks again for all your support.
