BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! We rented a property from them for 10 months and it was terrible: - We had to pay the rent in advance in one lump sum + the deposit + final cleaning - A large amount of our deposit was withheld for the most ridiculous reasons. For example, we paid for the final cleaning in advance, but we were charged afterwards for washing the windows and cleaning the oven. We were also charged EUR 200 for grass seeds because we allegedly damaged the lawn. It's just laughable. - The house was full of mould and nothing was done about it. - People were sent to our house on a large scale: handymen, gardeners, viewings, the owner who came by, etc. We had zero privacy in the house. The gardeners came unannounced and did not respect your privacy. - The owners kept bothering us through Cala Blanca with all kinds of issues. Whether we put the covers on the garden cushions, whether the water pump was on, whether we brought the cushions inside when it rained. Zero privacy. Big brother is watching you. By the way: Angela was a really nice person, but she left the company!!! All in all, a very bad experience with this party. The house we rented was called ‘Montealegre’. Super efficient service from Angela, as soon as we had a query it was answered. We had our NIE's within 24 working hours of asking if she could make an appointment for them! We felt very confident that whatever we needed, questions about our rental villa, details of the area etc, whatever it was, she responded quickly. 5*'s!
