The staff are polite and professional. I've used this company for ten years, being a "foreigner abroad" walking in the door with no clue. Elliot has been "on the ball", trying other insurance companies every year to make sure I got the best deal. Elliot has moved on to another branch, and Alex is taking over the English speaking clients. She is just as competent, and got me through a sticky patch with the bank trying to blackmail me into their insurance policy. Yes, I would recommend this company to anyone. I have amended this review due to the final outcome being completed to my satisfaction. Don't be shy regarding chasing up any queries, they do tend to be slow responding to emails, I had most success communicating with whatsapp, but they do get the job done.
