desastrosa empresa de mudanzas NO CONTRATAR .MIRAD EL CONTRATO ABSOLUTAMENTE IRREGULAR . NO LLEGAN A DESTINO . MALAS CONTESTACIONES ,CUANDO SE SOLCITA INFORMACION DE LA MUDANZA CONTRATADA, Y CON AMENAZAS . CONTRATO y mudanza en septiembre todavia no saben cuando entregan

Pésimo servicio, hemos mandado un contenedor de España a Paraguay, le hemos pagado todo, jamás nos dio una factura ni los papeles de la naviera. Llego el contenedor y resulta que no han pagado que a la naviera 3.800€, nos tocará pagar de nuevo más el aparcamiento. Dijo que nos devolvería el dinero y jamás lo hizo. Ni nos coge el movil no responde mensajes, dijo que esta indisponibke, nos prometió devolver el dinero pero no fue así.

Un mes intentando contactar con ellos por teléfono y es imposible. Le pudieron una provisión de 400 euros a mi hija como señal para un transporte a Canarias y seguimos esperando saber algo. Sin más remedio, denuncia.

Cuidado con esta empresa! La contraté para una mudanza internacional. Cogieron el primer pago, dejaron de comunicar con profesionalidad, me engañaron para obtener el segundo pago, abandonaron la carga en el puerto y tuve que encontrarla por mi mismo y pagar de nuevo la travesía y el almacenaje para recuperarla... con 5 meses de retraso.

Esta persona a parte de robarnos el dinero, abre los contenedores y te roba, nos faltan cosas con mucho valor y además te acosa con que sino le pagas de más te pone las cosas en subasta, es un hijo de p....,. Es vergonzoso, cuidado!!!

Dont do business with this company!!! They gave us an offer of a move from Spain to Denmark of 1290 euro minus 10 pct if you confirmed before january 31st which we did. When we doublechecked the offer and asked them to be absolutely sure of that amount and we once more received a higher offer of 1690 minus 10 pct. We confirmed. They would deliver after one week till 10 days. 3 weeks went where we heard nothing. We continually wrote and asked them when our furniture would be delivered. When calling the line was busy all day. At last they wrote to us that they would deliver in a few days. The car had left Madrid and was on the way. But we had to pay double amount to receive the furniture. We were very angry and reluctant but had to pay afraid we would never see our furniture again. The days went and our furniture never arrived. We continued to send mails asking - 3rd mail was replied. They claimed the furniture was now in storage in Germany because the payment took too long. We decided to do our own investigations - and found out that the furniture was still in Madrid - with another moving company who was hired by them. We spent the next 7-10 days putting pressure on them to get our furniture. At last they came. Only problem is now I have phonecalls from the moving company who was hired to deliver. They never received their payment. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Vorsicht, bloß keine Geschafte mit diesem welches auch unter der Adresse Transporte-coches.de tätig ist. Die angegebenen Google Rezessionen existieren nicht. Wir haben 1000 € angezahlt für einen Transport nach Spanien. Es erfolgte keine Rückmeldung. Eine Kontaktaufnahme ist nicht möglich und das Geld ist weg . Wir übergeben die Angelegenheit der Polizei in Madrid.
