BCN Events & Crawls - Hen Do Barcelona Stag Do

Steer clear of this company. My experience was both frustrating and deeply disappointing. After receiving a poor and incomplete service for a hen party, I spent over two months in a battle for a partial refund. Despite numerous emails, messages, and a lengthy phone call, they employed deceptive tactics at every turn. They shifted blame onto my group and tried to make me feel guilty by telling me the person in question had been removed and was now out of work because of my complaint. This level of manipulation and refusal to take responsibility is unacceptable

We had a terrible experience with BCN events but especially with Karl. We had booked hostesses to come to our apartment to ‘surprise’ the stag. We were also promised a drinks package with the booking. Cue the total unprofessionalism and ridiculous excuses. We were expecting the girls to turn up at 1900. We waited and waited. We called Karl many times - no answer. Eventually he turned up nonchalantly and unapologetically, 90 mins late (!) with the girls and a couple of plastic bags drinks from the shop across the road! There’s much more to this story but one of the cheekiest aspects is that he asked if he could use our toilet (emerging 10 mins later…) and helped himself to some of our snacks. We tried to make the best of what we time we had left but tbh the mood was totally ruined and Karl wouldn’t even knock a cent off the price (and insisted on a cash payment and then chastised us for trying to give him the money in front of the girls) His company has terrible reviews on other platforms which we should’ve listened too (but we booked too late, and BCN were the only company available) If you have time, and can book with another company do. If not, lower your expectations and be careful of Karl

I had a terrible experience with BCN’s hen party/bar crawl. The experience is not what is described on the website and when explaining this to the manager, they offered absolutely no customer support and/or refund. We essentially were buying drinks for our "experienced tour guide" all night. We NEVER got the free shots that were described, never got the VIP access that is listed, we were rushed by our tour guide at the bars to finish our drinks and never made it to the clubs listed. The atmosphere was so uncomfortable ever bar they took us to. Save your money and use a different company!!

Great professional performance and service! We booked a strip show for bachelorette party. It turned out to be the highlight and most fun activity The performer Ivan is very good and professional. Our group had a great time! The bar where we saw the show has great cocktail list, situated on a nice square full of restaurants and bars. The staff who help us to book this experience are all quite nice and professional.

Great Hen weekend in Barcelona - Yacht + Nude Drawing I was recommended BCN from a friend who used them a few years ago. Decided to take on the role of event manager for my niece’s hen weekend in Barcelona, since I have plenty of experience in this sector!. The BCN team where very helpful. I got email replies with info and prices in 1 day and also had a long conversation by phone. Andy was more than helpful and very insightful about Barcelona. I booked a life drawing class and a yacht for our group of 9 girls. The yacht was exactly what it said on the tin. It got a bit choppy that day, although it didn't stop us from swimming and enjoying the afternoon. The life drawing was a lot of fun, plus the art studio location really suited the artistic mood. Thanks very much to the team for making our experience unforgettable.

We visited Barcelona recently for a stag weekend. Andy was very helpful and got all the info we requested over pretty fast. Ended up booking a meal with some entertainment for the lads, as well as a catamaran and airport taxis. The catamaran was an amazing afternoon. I'd recommend that to any one, especially if you're a big group, as we we're a group of 17 guys, and everyone in the group loved it. food was great, show was great and airport taxis were clean and reasonably new. I'd defo recommend these guys and will definitely use again.

Amazing experience and hen! Wish I could do it all over again. Karl went out of his way to accommodate my group, despite it being smaller than the minimum requirement - which I appreciate massively! The bar crawl guide (Noora) was absolutely awesome! She made my night unforgettable by showing us some fabulous bars! I already cannot wait to come to Barcelona again!
