Muy amable la.coordinadora, pero, para mí le faltó más interacción con el grupo. Cada uno fue a su aire sin más. No hubo buena comunicación. Me replantearía volver a realizar otro viaje.

Nos organizo un viaje al grupo de amigos y aun mareandole, un trato espectacular sentimos haber molestado a la organizadora!!!! super recomendable

Terrible service. We had our route and destination changed without previous notice. We found out halfway because we tracked the bus on Google Maps. When confronted, the manager, Nineth, refused to reimburse us the amount of money we paid, not assuming her mistake, irresponsibility and lack of client care. Plus, she was constantly lying and being rude, aggressive and disrespectful. They dropped us out of the bus in the middle of nowhere, causing great anxiety to 3 young girls. The bus continued the trip without caring for us or finding a solution to the problem they created. We had a lot of expenses during the day due to this awful situation and had to buy ourselves new tickets to return to Bilbao, waiting the whole day for the available train. We were lucky to have a coffee shop nearby where we could wait, otherwise we would have to stay in the middle of a road exposed to cold, rain and danger. Nineth showed no appreciation, no respect, no concern for our safety and wellbeing. This company is fraudulent and was only interested in taking our money from us, not even caring about our own health. Please do not purchase any service from Zafiro Tours Getxo. It is a scam, unprofessional, unsafe, unreliable. Please take care of your safety and avoid giving your money away to unethical people. Be careful.

They changed the route/destination without warning, did not wanted to give our money back and left us in middle of nowhere. Do not buy tour from them
