We bought a property in los gigantes through Verdes auctioneers. From start to finish they were amazing.!!!!!! I can't rate them highly enough. We gave them power of attorney to purchase our new property on our behalf as they came highly recommended. We came over for 4 days signed all the paperwork, and when we came back everything was completed down to the electricity. No worries, no complications. this is a family business, owned by their late father and mother. Jose and his sister Belén run the business. Nothing is to much to ask. As we are an older couple we were delighted that the purchase of our retirement home was stress free. Even now 2 years later if we have any issues we know we can call on them. They also keep an eye on our property when we're away. Totally professional/honest and reliable. Can't rate them highly enough. Thank you Jose /belan for all your kindness . . I bought 2 apartments in Los Gigantes, and before I did that I had communicated with many agencies around. I must confidently say: this company is the best. They are extremely professional, polite, responsible and friendly team. They have been running this business for decades and know the market perfectly. They always try to understand customer`s needs and ready to offer many properties, some of them may not be known on the market. They also provide fantastic after sale serices: renting, repairs, etc. Special thanks for their help in obtaining VV license. Jose, Belen, Sarah, Ricardo, I thank you all!
