Brennan y Andrew fueron la mejor decisión que tomé al querer vender mi casa. No solo lo lograron en muy poco tiempo, sino que además me ayudaron con todo el proceso de venta y fueron muy gentiles y pacientes con todas mis preguntas. Son dos personas educadas, trabajadoras y que aman lo que hacen. Feliz de haber trabajado con ellos. Sin dudas los volvería a elegir.

tuve el placer de trabajar con Brennan y Andrew en la venta de una propiedad en colaboración en Alhaurín de la Torre, y no puedo más que recomendarles. Su profesionalismo, atención al detalle y compromiso fueron claves para hacer que todo el proceso fuera fluido y sin contratiempos. I had the pleasure of working with Brennan and Andrew on the sale of a property in collaboration in Alhaurín de la Torre, and I can highly recommend them. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment were key in making the entire process smooth and trouble-free. From the beginning, they demonstrated extensive knowledge of the real estate market and a clear focus on the client's needs. It was a true pleasure working with them, and I will definitely rely on their expertise again in the future.

With all good conscience, we cannot recommend working with Brennan and Andrew at SuCasa. A common theme I see through other reviews, is that the relationship starts out well, but eventually sours, largely due to them overpromising and under-delivering, and their awful, awful communications - they literally won't pick up their phones and only appear to want to communicate via whatsapp messages. We weren't direct clients of SuCasa, we were involved in a Rent-to-Buy that went south and ended up being the result of legal dispute. SuCasa were selling the house on the owner's behalf, and initially did some mediation, however we soon realised that they weren't particularly confidential. They claim to have been instrumental in us getting our deposit back in the end, however this was largely negotiated between our respective lawyers. They also CANNOT accept any criticism. Any criticism or frustration levelled at them by us, during a most stressful period, has been misconstrued as abuse towards them. No doubt they will say this in reply to our poor review, however in our eyes it is just an utter lack of acceptance of any criticism and a constant need for thanks and praise for doing their job. A job for which they're handsomely rewarded - when they eventually get a sale across the line. Before the relationship broke down, in the early days, they came to us and told us that they'd received a very bad review, and asked us could we counter this with a positive review. We were happy to do so, however after a number of months of working with them we realised the lady's review was spot on, and deleted our positive review. An opinion could easily be formed, that similar to the property we eventually got out of, SuCasa are pretty on the eye but full of hidden defects.

We highly recommend Brennan and Andrew who have been amazing as they guided us through the whole process of selling my father's home in Spain. Great communication and always going above and beyond to find solutions to any problems we had. We found Brennan and Andrew professional but warm, friendly and always acting with integrity. We will always appreciate the amount of work and effort they put in to ensure that the sale completed.

We were more than happy with Brennan and Andrew's work and service selling our house. They have a very personal approach. They really have a good feeling for finding the buyer who suits the house. Which makes them efficient and effective. They have always been very honest and reliable. You can tell they have a hospitality background as they are focussed on creating satisfied customers. Their service is just excellent!! Nothing is too much for them and helped us even if there was nothing to gain for them anymore. Something very rare nowadays!!

When I engaged Brennan and Andrew to sell my house it started very well. Unfortunately they accepted an offer from people who were not in a position to buy. Allowing these buyers time to raise the money lead to a further wait of three months and ended in failure. In total my almost six month experience with them was a disaster and cost me financially and emotionally. Their communication became non-existant. I sincerely advise anyone to avoid engaging with them

We first met Andrew and Brennan 4 years ago when we stayed at their amazing Boutique B&B Casa44 and have returned many times since. They are the most amazing, friendly, kind, professional people who go above and beyond to ensure you are happy and completely looked after. They have become firm friends but are more like family to us now. We have been considering retiring to Spain and having found the process in Spain very daunting, they have been so helpful. They have provided information, guidance and support with the process and I would not hesitate in recommending them to friends and family alike.
