Tenerife Luxury Residences

We have been travelling to Tenerife with my husband for over 30 years, every year. We aways imagined that, if anywhere, Tenerife would be where we would purchase an apartment. Throughout the years we met with many agents, but none of them were convincing. In 2024 we happened upon Tenerife Luxury Residences and their representative Olga Komorowska. From the very first meeting she was convincing, showing great interest, listening very carefully and attentively. She learned what we are really looking for and what would fit our requirements perfectly, then came up with a couple of offers, where one in particular drew our attention. Once we started to focus on this project (AEDAS HOMES, SOLUM), she organised a site visit where, with her assistance, we were provided all the details. After about three months of continuous communication (throughout this process, Olga repeatedly proved her professionalism on all levels), we decided to seal the deal. From this time, to date, for almost one year, Olga and her team have continuously and attentively listened to all of our requests (such as the design details, furniture, kitchen devices, decoration, etc). We are convinced that without her and her team we would still be searching for our dream place. Thank you Olga!
