This was our first time looking for properties in Spain and did not really understand the process. Sarah patiently looked after us, sending us loads of properties to view, then taking quite a few calls after hours, to answer our numerous questions. After finding exactly what we wanted, Sarah & Rosa our Solicitor, worked efficiently and diligently to get completion 3 weeks after our bidding offer was accepted.
