Ten years ago we decided to buy our ‘place in the sun’ in Mallorca, an island we had been visiting virtually every year since 1992. We emailed several estate agents in Puerto Pollença, an area we had visited regularly and knew very well. Only one estate agent bothered to reply. The friendly response came back from Marti Bibiloni of SolMallorca with a suggestion that he show us around some suitable properties he had identified when we were next due to be there. We visited several apartments that we thought might be suitable but after viewing them realised our requirements had changed. Starting to feel as though we might not be able to find the property for us, Marti said he had an idea now of what we were looking for and he wanted to show us a particular property that although it required some work, would most likely suit us. He was correct. It was perfect and in the ideal location in the Pinaret district with only a five-minute walk to the beach. A lot of work was required, electrics, plumbing, kitchen fittings, etc were all original from 1982. We bought it and Marti helped with getting the building works sorted in our absence, acting as our project manager. The result was perfect, and it was all achieved within our original budget. Move on another ten happy years and we had decided that we wanted to sell the apartment. We naturally contacted Marti again to act as our selling agent. He came to the apartment and brought his colleague along with him, Stephanie Le Bris. They checked on anything that needed doing and identified some items that we were already aware of. Since we were returning home, we left Marti and Stephanie to arrange the necessary work to be done. After only two days of the work being completed, Stephanie called us to say she had a client who wanted to view our apartment. Two days after that, another call from Stephanie informed us that her client wanted to make an offer. The next two weeks were a whirlwind of activity. Neither myself nor my wife had quite expected it to sell that quickly. Stephanie was efficient in getting all the necessary certificates and reports produced in time for our return to Mallorca to finalise the sale. From start to contract completion the process only took six weeks and ran like clockwork under Stephanie’s excellent guidance. We can’t recommend SolMallorca highly enough, particularly Marti and Stephanie, for their total professionalism and that ‘personal touch’. Thank you SolMallorca

Bought my villa though . This agent. They were acting for the guy who we were buying off. They did more for me than the people i had working for me they are very professional. And since buying the villa they have helped me our a lot with things we don't fully understand as we are English and the rules and regulations can be a bit of a nightmare but with Stephanie help we have had no problems at all. I would definitely recommend them.
