We have just returned from.a 10 day stay in Villa Insignia, Eva is the property manager for this villa. We found Eva to be very professional, friendly and helpful. She always responded quickly to my many questions and nothing was too much trouble. We too were the victims of the fraud mentioned in the previous review but we did a chargeback with our credit card company. We then rebooked with the legal owner through Evas company and had the most amazing time.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE - Eva’s bio reads ‘earning a solid reputation for trust and honesty. Her main objective is to ensure that clients enjoy an unforgettable holiday and fall in love with the island’. We recently stayed at Villa Insignia (JULY 2025). We certainly had an unforgettable time but for all the wrong reasons. Avoid booking through Eva and any Villa belonging to Mr V Becker. She doesn’t know the meaning of the word honesty. She and Mr. Becker lied and contradicted one another. Mr. Becker attempted to intimidate us by approaching the door and demanding we leave and later turned the water off to the property despite being aware we had children with us. Horrible excuses for human beings.

Ms. Siegl is an exceptional trustworthy real estate agent. She is experienced, knowledgeable, professional, and truly goes above and beyond for her clients. From the first meeting to closing, Ms. Siegl made the transaction process very smooth and stress-free. Her attention to detail and dedication to finding the perfect home were outstanding. I can highly recommend her to anyone needing a very reliable and trustworthy agent!

Never having bought a property in Spain before, we were a bit anxious over the process as it is so different to UK. We did not know Eva or of her estate agency before hand. We made contact with Eva and she asked us what we were looking for. Within a few days she had identified a property and we were able to look at it before anyone else. Eva gave us time to consider an offer. We negotiated a little and agreed a price very quickly. We were then given options of various contacts for transferring the money and after some research, we went with Evas, very solid recommendation. We initially sent 10% deposit and then the remaining 90% to Evas business account, which saved money and hassle through the opening of our own personal Spanish account. We really did very little, as Eva arranged everything. Eva is 100% trustworthy, very helpful and a great person to deal with. She is the perfect person to contact if you want to buy in Lanzarote.
