Poco profesionales, nos venden la moto y luego nos tienen 40 minutos en la cola para entrar, nosotros mientras, tostandonos al sol como gambas en un plancha de restaurante. Al final, una hora perdida. Hemos cancelado la visita y nos han devuelto el dinero.

Estoy muy contento para conocía de vosotros en barcelona,las turistas del tour eran muy poco y tenia un equipo lider muy amable.

Un absoluto FRAUDE!!!! No reembolsaron, no mandaron confirmación. No dan respuesta de nada, ni contestan el teléfono. No compren nada en este lugar.

Took booking then told us 12 hours later (and the evening before the event) that they couldn't honour it. If they'd let us know straight away we would have got tickets elsewhere, because they took so long, everything was sold out.

SCAMMERS We booked a Capri and Pompeii tour from Naples. I emailed them about pick up since the tour on the web stated start time was 8:30am. They responded to meet them next door at the Star Hotel at 8:30am. That was perfect because our train from Rome arrived at 8:12, we had plenty of time to walk next door to meet them. We went to the train station in Rome purchased our train tickets and bought that tour for 3 senior citizens all over 75. 2 days later they email me that the ferry to Capri changed its schedule and now the pickup was at 7am. That was impossible for us because we were already on the earliest train from Rome leaving at 5:30am arriving at 8:12am. After a few explanations that we were only in Rome a few more days and had no additional free days to reschedule, I asked them to cancel and refund my €345.00. 2 days later they tell me they are giving me a gift card good for 2 years. That’s unacceptable, we will never be able to use it, plus it wasn’t our fault for the schedule change. So far they are ignoring my requests, I’m going to ask Mastercharge to intervene via their consumer protection program. MY ADVICE IS TO STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY AS THEY ARE NOT LEGITIMATE NOR HAVE ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Ma mère et moi avons réservé un Tour sur Florence pour visiter la Capitale de la Renaissance. Pour être franc, c'était la première fois que je participais à un Tour en groupe, et je ne savais pas trop à quoi m'attendre. S'ajoute à cela, le fait que ma mère marche avec difficulté, et j'étais inquiet que cela puisse ralentir le groupe. Au final, tout s'est bien passé, le guide du coin était un passionné d'histoire et très sympathique. En plus de cela, il était très à l'écoute et serviable. Merci à Dotravel pour cette belle expérience!

Service and tour were excellent and value for money was surprisingly good. We reserved the "fast track" tickets for the Sagrada Familia tour one day before the tour (they were sold out everywhere else). My wife and I paid 36 EUR for two regular tickets - only 6 EUR more than on the official website. I though that was a good deal. To my surprise, the tour included a professional guide (Manfredi, who was excellent, patient and very knowledgable) and hassle free fast access. Far exceeded expectations.
