Linz from Lemon Tree has just helped my siblings and I sell our family Villa in Javea, Spain, and I can't recommend her highly enough. We put the Villa for sale with two different agents, but Linz handled everything with such good positive energy, she had at least 5 times more viewings than the other agent and gave clear feedback every day. This gave me real confidence in her and her approach. It was clear the property sale was managed as a priority by her. Her guidance and strong communication and drive definitely helped to deliver the sale. We received quite a few offers, and although you have to deal with some very low offers from a lot of developers, we were able to get a good sense of the true market value and finally sold to a young couple that will make it their family home. If you have a property to sell in the area, you will be hard pressed to find someone who earns the fee and delivers the right result better than Linz.
