Scheduled a Full Day Girona - Dali Museum Tour for 10 hours. We were told to arrive 15 minutes earlier than the 9:00 AM start time. We were admittedly late arriving at 9:08 AM. The Tour left wihtout us. When we called we were told the tour takes a train that departs at 9:00 AM whch was not written anywhere in our Tour info or on the travel app. We let them know we would take our own train and meet up with the group at some point during the tour. We were told once we missed the start thy would not allow us to meet with the group. No refund, no customer service whatsoever. Be aware of times and details if you choose to use this company when travelling abroad.
