Zelden dat ik een review schrijf…. maar voor dit team wil ik het zeker doen! Marcela was enorm betrokken, geduldig en flexibel. Ik had wat pittige tijden achter de rug, waardoor ik soms wat passiever was in het tonen van mijn belangstelling. Marcella is zo goed ermee omgegaan, menselijk en zachte benadering is zij niet uit het oog verloren tijdens de begeleiding. Dit zal ik nooit vergeten. Colby is ook een betrokken professional! Wat me opviel dat zij zich even goed inzetten voor mensen die misschien minder in hun budget hebben dan anderen. Ik heb hun kantoor al aan twee vrienden voorgesteld, want hun kwaliteit mag gedeeld worden!!!

As buyers of a house that was listed by New Life Property Spain, we are extremely happy with the services provided by them! When we contacted them for a viewing, they responded immediately, resulting in a viewing less than an hour later! They were very honest in informing us that they acted on behalf of the sellers. Which is logical, but still gave us a lot of confidence. We had all the time to see what we needed to see and to ask the questions we wanted to ask. They advised us a lawyer to act on behalf of us, and to have an architect to check the condition of the house. During and after the sale they were constantly informing us about the status, answering our questions really fast, and giving us a lot of valuable tips. Buying a house in Spain can be a bit complex if you are not used to it. Thanks to NLPS we didn't have to worry about anything and the house was ours much sooner and easier than we expected. Is this business as usual for every estate agent? From our own experience we know it's not. And certainly not now everybody seems to be looking for a wonderful place in Spain. We think this is not only what you want as a buyer, it's also what you want as a seller. These are not 'slick' hit-and-run sales people. These are trustworthy real estate professionals!
