This trip blew me away. Every detail—from the hikes to the food to the pace of each day—was thoughtful, energizing, and exactly what I didn’t know I needed. If you’re someone who loves exploring beautiful places, eating incredible food, and not having to plan a thing, this is your kind of trip. Before going, I was feeling pretty run down and hadn’t taken a real break in months. I figured the change of scenery would be nice, but I didn’t expect to walk away feeling so reset and recharged. The experiences were next level. We hiked a massive sand dune, trekked along cliffside trails with panoramic ocean views, and rode e-bikes on winding coastal paths with the sea stretching out beside us. And every day struck the perfect balance—adventurous without being exhausting. And then there was the food. The best tapas, local wine that somehow tasted even better after a full day outside, and long, relaxed dinners where no one wanted to leave the table. Maddy knew exactly where to take us and had every reservation organized. After a day of exploring, we sat down to incredible meals—no planning, no researching, no coordinating—just show up and enjoy. I’d absolutely recommend this to anyone who wants a break that actually feels like one. It’s for people who love great food, being active, and letting someone else handle the details. I already can’t wait for the next one!!

I had an unforgettable trip to Spain, all thanks to Maddy Adams and her incredible planning and hosting.
