Great experience and very professional. The team was fast, responsive and highly-knowledgable. They helped me create a product commercial through 3D animation and took the time to help me understand and learn about the process along the way, which was very helpful. I needed a 3D animation which showcased and explained how to use our product. I didn't want it to be just another boring product demo, but something creative that captured the attention of our audience and that we could also use on our website and give to our distributors. I wasn't too sure of the direction I wanted to take, so the team helped me by asking the right questions and then provided concepts and different options, getting me exactly what I needed. The team always kept constant communication, through both phone and video calls and shared live work in progress, which was great as I could give instant feedback. Even though we were in different countries, I could remotely see the work they were doing on their screens, which I never knew how to do before. I hadn't considered what kind of music to use or what would fit the animation. From the start, the team knew that the music would play a large role in the project. The commercial was designed with the music in mind, which made the video more impactful.
