I have known and worked with Anders from Christensen Estates over the last five years - through two property sales and one property buy. I have no complaints at all. I got to know Anders in connection with a divorce sale of a home. The Corona pandemic was slowly gaining momentum. Five real- estate agencies were contacted, Anders was by far the most serious one. The apartment was sold in 4 months at the asking price I had set. I had my doubts about whether I wanted to acquire a new property or not. If ….. I had very strict requirements to location, price and condition, I wanted a renovation project. Anders understood my requirements and found the perfect project to me in El Palo, east of Malaga. After four years it was time to move on. The renovated, and very charming apartment, was sold in 4 days to the price and with very good revenue. Aesthetic pictures, an honest and fulfilling description plus exposure on the right channels clearly had an impact on the fast sale. But for me it was Anders's deep and realistic analysis of the area, in relation to finding the right and sharpest price, that made the sale happen. I would also like to highlight Anders's helpfulness and general knowledge, in Spanish, English and Scandinavian both before, during and after the sale. As seller and buyer there is a lot to understand.

We recently bought our flat in El Palo, and Anders Christensen from Christensen Estates was the seller's agent. Our experience working with him was very positive. Anders was responsive throughout the process and ensured everything moved along as it should. He was helpful at each stage, providing clear information and making sure we understood all the steps involved. Anders spent more than a year helping us with our search for a flat in Malaga and gave up a lot of his time with good humour. He provides a highly professional and amicable service and went above and beyond on numerous occasions. He was more than happy to advise when he felt a property was overpriced or faced potential pitfalls and give an independent view from his strong knowledge. He was always prompt and efficient and we would unreservedly recommend Christensen Estates to closest friends and family.

After we have decided to go for a second home on the Costa del Sol, we started looking on the internet ’houses on de CdS’ etc. In our search we came across Benjamin Solar, who offered to help us. We set a date and time for our first video call, and learned quickly how well Benjamin was informed on the local market. He has guided us in our search, which strechted from Nerja al the way to Espona and beyond. Every now and then we had a chat on properties, made a list of properties we wanted to visit, and Ben adviced us on each object + if we wished so he arranged the viewings. We have been to Malaga twice, and Ben has shown us perhaps 30 adresses. Ben has helped us into a full network of complementary professionals (lawyer/notary/mortgage funding/cityhall arrangements/hotel bookings etc) which we needed to help us. The final result? Me and my wife found an appartment that made all our dreams come through.
