Ha a very smooth experience with Space. Contact from Lorraine was quick and not pushy unlike another company I had been talking to. Once we had done our homework on where and what we wanted we arrived in La Duquesa to be shown around by Ryan, again he held our hands through the whole process had great knowledge and answered all our questions. On day 2 we had an offer accepted and started the process of reserving the property and finding a legal team all this only took a few hours with Ryan wallowing us through the whole deal. So happy with what we have and even happier with the service.

We started to think about purchasing a property in Spain and were lucky enough to come into contact with Space Marbella. From the very first day there service was excellent. Lorraine was our first point of contact as she was absolutely superb in finding properties for us to view. She was never pushy just listened very carefully to the type of property we wanted and came up with ideal properties that we could view on our visit to Marbella and surrounding areas. She was always at hand to answer any questions we had and replied immediately to our texts and telephone calls. When we arrived in Spain we were met by Sean at the airport and he was always courteous and helpful during our stay. He toured us round all the areas as well as taking us to all of the properties. Again he was never pushy but gave us the wealth of his local knowledge. Again nothing was too much trouble foor him. We were fortunate in finding a property we loved but the best part of Space Marbella is their after care service. Jeremy the owner of the company has been superb in arranging transprt to and from the airport on subsequent visits and supporting us with visits to lawyers and banks. We could not have had a better service form a very caring and professional company. I would fully recommend them and would certainly use them again

From the moment I contacted Space Real Estate, I knew we were in safe hands. Lorrainne listened to our brief and put us in touch with property expert Olivier. Olivier worked tirelessly for us. Both in person and virtually. After every viewing he asked for feedback on the property we had viewed so he could understand even more what we liked and disliked. Used Space in connection with the recent purchase of a property in Spain. Service was outstanding throughout with excellent communication, quick responses, and willingness to go "above and beyond".
