UHC Sol i Mar Family Complex

Vergonzoso trato. Nada más llegar tuvimos que llamar nosotros para ver donde se recogían las llaves. Según ellos nos habían mandado un correo indicándonos el sitio( cosa que era mentira, eso si, nos lo mandaron varias horas después, cuando ya no hacia falta...) , llegamos al apartamento y estaba sin limpiar, así que terminamos entrando al apartamento dos horas despues. Nos dijeron que el parking valía 10 euros por día, cuando anteriormente otra persona de esta empresa nos había dicho por teléfono que valía 5 euros ...y encima nos dan un mando para abrir la puerta del garage que no funciona, nos lo cambian y a los tres días otra vez que no funcionaba el mando... y sin ninguna prisa para solucionarnos el problema. Parece de camara oculta de verdad. Inaceptable.

Nos encontramos un piso (tal y como enseño en las fotografías) con una habitación en la que caben justo las dos camas, que al parecer es un trozo que le han comido al salón. El apartamento estaba llenito de polvo y de pelusas en el suelo, había excremetos de pájaros en los balcones y pelos en el baño y las sábanas. El piso es nuevo pero de verdad una experiencia horrible.

Hemos estado en este apartamento que esta muy bien situado cerca de la playa y con un supermercado justo abajo.|El apartamento está nuevo con el mobiliario justito pero bien.|La atención del personal pesima te hacen ir a recoger las llaves a la otra punta y pagar por cualquier extra, parking wifi, si algo esta roto como el tostador en nuestro caso tienes q ir tu a cambiarlo y además te cobran un suplemento si no limpias antes de irte, de vergüenza

We've just come back from one of the UHC apartments in sol i mar (1D) and overall it was great, well equipped and clean, just what we needed. The location is perfect, in a really nice part of town, close to the beach and the train station is only a couple of streets back. There is a Spar just downstairs selling everything we needed for our stay. ||The apartment has a washing machine, clothes airer and iron which were all very useful. ||The rooftop pool seemed like a great feature but it's not really suitable for small children who aren't such strong swimmers as it's very deep at its shallowest point. ||Our only really issue with the apartment is that the beds where not very comfortable. If the mattresses had been better i'd probably have given 5 stars. ||Another review mentioned a stuck blind - looks like it's still stuck! We called them about it and they said a technician would be out to look at it but no-one appeared. It would have been nice to have that fixed but not a big deal really.||Would we stay again? Probably. If we heard the beds were upgraded, definitely!!|

Location of the apartment was nice, close to the beach, restaurants & shops. The apartment was clean and pretty well equipped. Ideal for families. Garage was very good, however, it costs 9€/day extra. Check the additional service costs (i.e. WIFI, baby cot, cleaning, late arrival...) before booking in order to avoid extra costs.||||The keys need to be picked from the office with limited opening hours and locating the other side of the town. When picking the keys, they gave me their copy of the agreement and I had to go back to the office next day. And two weeks after our holiday, they contacted me and informed that they will charge additional payment on fixing blinds. They informed that according to the agreement, we had 24 hours to inform on any problems in the apartment. And as we had not reported the stucked blind, we had to pay the fixing afterwards. Be sure to check the apartment and report every single problem to the office!

Достоинства:||1. Отличное местоположение в самом центре города– рядом все ключевые места: пляж (5 мин), магазины Mercadonia (7 мин, по ул.Барселоны через переезд и сразу направо) и Spar (в этом же доме), автобусная остановка (5 мин), ЖД станция (7 мин). Рядом – главная торговая улица Салоу (ул.Барселоны). Из перечисленного, нам наиболее полезна близость Mercadonia (цены и выбор там очень радуют) и автобусная остановка – мы ездим по Коста-Дорада достаточно много.||2. Очень приличная планировка квартиры, особенно терраса. Все комнаты (две спальни и гостиная) и кухня имеют выходы и в коридор и на террасу. Квартира в очень хорошем состоянии.||3. Хорошее оснащение квартиры – есть вся необходимая бытовая техника – стиральная и посудомоечная машины, холодильник, микроволновка, чайник, тостер, кофеварка. Мебель и посуда – в основном IKEA. Все в отличном состоянии. Телевизор довольно допотопный, но вход "колокольчики" на нем есть. Мы не стали разбираться с имеющейся приставкой цифрового TV, а подключили свою (DTV-T2). На антенне поймал порядка 70 каналов. Правда, все каналы на испанском.||4. Приятный вид с террасы – на море и церковь св.Марии. Терраса вообще заслуживает отдельной похвалы и, я бы сказал, что она перевешивает все недостатки, что я изложу далее.||5. Тихий закрытый двор, мраморные лестницы, лифт, бассейн и лужайка, где можно загорать, на крыше.||6. В офисе UHC работают русскоязычные сотрудники. Но лучше оговаривать их присутствие в день Вашего прибытия заранее.||Недостатки есть, но, на мой взгляд, они незначительны:||1. От офиса UHC, который находится рядом с пл. Европы, до квартиры надо идти минут 15.||2. Офис работает в строго определенные часы. Выдача ключей с 16 до 19 часов. И достаточно ранний выезд – до 9-30.||3. Бассейн на крыше маленький и глубокий – детям не подойдет.||4. Стоимость WiFi. Купив сим карту местного оператора (офис Orange есть на ул.Барселоны) Вы потратите в разы меньше денег.||Нам пребывание в апартаментах очень понравилось. В отличие от гостиницы – Ты имеешь полную свободу планирования своего времени. И даже необходимость готовки и уборки не перечеркивает эти плюсы.||Важный момент – по прибытии в апартаменты нужно в течении 2-х суток сообщить о всех обнаруженных недостатках. Впрочем, это написано в памятке, которую Вам выдадут в офисе. Аналогичная памятка (на русском) есть и в квартире.||Залог (300 евро) блокируется на карте при получении ключей. Нам залог вернули через 1,5 недели.

L'appartamento é perfetto per frequentare la Playa de Ponente e quella parte di cittá piū tranquilla e meno caotica rispetto alla Playa de Levante. L'appartamento, a un passo dal mare, é moderno, pulito e accessoriato di lavatrice , lavastoviglie forno a miicroonde e fornelli per cucinare. oltre ad avere stoviglie e pentolame vario.|L'appattamento ha anche l'aria condizionata. Al piano terra del condominio c'é un supermarket molto ben servito . Se arrivate con l" auto come extra si può usufruire del garage posto al -1 e servito dall'ascensore condominiale .
