Acabamos de hacer una compra en Jávea y ha ido todo perfecto gracias a la profesionalidad y buen hacer de esta agencia. Todo han sido facilidades por parte de Cuqui a pesar de la distancia. Muy agradecidos, y creo que la otra parte también....

My parents have just bought a house in Javea from the Valuvillas agency. Cuqui was very very helpful as there were a few things my dad was concerned about such as if we could rent the house out when we are not there, and how much tax he would have to pay in Spain. Cuqui took the time to take us to a lawyer who explained everything in English to my dad. She was also extremely patient and showed us many properties until we found just the house my mum wanted. It's a great house and we love it here - so our family would like to say a big thank you to Cuqui and the other staff at Valuvillas for making the purchase process a smooth ride.
We have bought property twice through ValuVillas. They have great local knowledge and a huge range of contacts established over more than twenty years and manage to be both personal and completely professional. We now have a circle of friends who have all benefitted from meeting Mac. They are not the biggest, but they have been a fixture in Javea since it was a small town. I would advise anyone looking in Javea to speak to ValuVillas. Phil
Just like to say a big thank you to Cuqui at Valuvillas for selling our property. We did try several other agents first to be honest but after 6 months we swapped to Valuvillas and they came up trumps, purely due to their contacts with spanish buyers.
